Can you help us to identify a woman who we would like to speak with in connection with the theft of bank cards and associated fraud in Portishead?

The person we would like to speak with is described as a white female with black shoulder-length hair in her 30s. She was wearing a black open coat, blue jeans and an over-the-shoulder hand bag.
