Can you help us to identify a man who we would like to speak with in connection with a racially aggravated public order offence in Downend, Bristol?

In this case a man racially abused a security guard.

The person we would like to speak with is described as a black male aged 37-38 years, 1m 75cm tall, medium build, short black hair, wearing a black hat with a peak, a dark coloured coat and trousers.
