To proactively target criminals travelling into the Parish to commit crime during the daytime, with particular focus on retail outlets
Since the beginning of March the neighbourhood beat officers have arrested 12 persons for a variety of offences committed in the beat area. Nine of these have been prosecuted and most of them are travelling criminals. The offences range from shoplifting to possession of indecent images.

Beat Surgeries (Churchill)
Surgeries will be held on the second Tuesday of each month from 2.30pm at Churchill Post Office, Front Street, Churchill.

Meetings (Winford)
The Parish Council meets monthly on the first Monday of the month at 7pm, please see parish website for details. The meetings provide an opportunity to raise any PACT policing priorities that you may have for your area.

The Avon and Somerset Horse Watch scheme is a crime prevention initiative advising on measures such as the security of livery yards and the marking of horses, ponies and all associated tack, trailers and boxes.
