This area covers approximately eight square miles and is predominantly rural agricultural land. The village of Failand has a small number of private houses and Wraxall village has a large housing estate.

Anti-social behaviour
To tackle anti-social behaviour, particularly on a Friday and Saturday night between 6pm and midnight at Scotch Horn playing fields, Golden Valley playing fields and The Grove playing fields, Nailsea.

There are currently no specific priorities for the Wraxall, Failand and Tickenham areas.

Outcomes

Update on priority set on 10/03/10:
Road safety and parking issues
Community Speed Watch volunteers have been carrying out regular speed checks on the Clevedon Road, Tickenham. Twenty police warning letters have been sent to drivers exceeding the 30mph speed limit. 40 Fixed Penalty Notices were issued in relation to a variety of offences including parking, speeding, no seat belts and mobile phone usage.

Burglary

We are trying to trace a man who we think may be able to help with our enquiries into a case of burglary which occurred between 12.08am and 12.45am on 5 July 2010 at a public house in Severn Road, Weston-super-Mare.
