Bath and North East Somerset district > Bath neighbourhood area > Combe Down beat

This beat area includes Combe Down and Foxhill. It consists predominantly of residential housing. Around half of this is Local Authority housing with the remainder privately owned. The majority of the Local Authority housing is within the Foxhill area with the majority of the Combe Down and Claverton housing being privately owned.

There are numerous alleys and lanes throughout the area with a couple of park areas off Meare Road in Foxhill and The Avenue in Combe Down. There is a large Ministry of Defence site in the middle of the area and local convenience stores on the Bradford Road adjacent to Foxhill and on The Avenue in Combe Down.
