Reach112 is a European Project being piloted by Avon and Somerset Constabulary, which uses a groundbreaking telecommunications system called Total Conversation. We would like to encourage people to sign-up and download the free software for their phones, computers, netbooks etc, that is designed to provide visual telecommunications to deaf people who wish to use sign language or text communication, and to offer an integrated video and voice capacity for other groups who have difficulty with voice phones.
