Can you help identify this man who we wish to speak with in connection to an offence of fraud by false representation?

This case happened in November 2011. An 81 year old man from Taunton had some building work carried out at his property and was charged £75. He wrote out a cheque to pay for the work. The victim discovered that a cheque was later paid into a bank to the value of £7500.

The person we wish to speak with is described as a white male, approximately 60 years old, of a medium build, with short dark, receding hair, wearing glasses, a green bodywarmer and a blue shirt.
