Can you help identify this woman who we wish to speak with in connection with an offence of fraud by false representation?

In the case an elderly lady’s purse was stolen in a supermarket in Bath. A bank card from the purse was used fraudulently in a betting shop in the area to make various transactions amounting to £600. £300 was also unlawfully withdrawn from the victim’s bank account.

The person we would like to speak with is described as female, aged approximately 35-45 years, with long dark hair wearing thick black glasses and a black wool hat.
