Can you help identify a man who we wish to speak with in connection with an offence of attempted theft?

In this case a man entered a shop in Bath and asked the shop assistant for change. When the till was opened the man attempted to grab money.

The person we wish to speak with is described as a black male, approximately 25-20 years old, 6” tall, of medium build with a dark coloured goatee beard, wearing a black hooded coat and carrying a black rucksack.
