Can you help identify two men we wish to speak with in connection with a racially aggravated public order offence?

In this case the victim was verbally abused and physically assaulted. Criminal damage was also caused to the victim's bicycle.

The people we wish to speak with are described as:

1. A man in his late teens or early 20’s with dark hair wearing a grey top
2. A man in his late teens or early 20’s with dark hair wearing a black jacket
