Can you help identify two men we wish to speak with in connection with an offence of theft?

In this case red diesel was stolen from farm vehicles.

The people we wish to speak with are described as:

1. A white man, between 30-40 years old, with short balding hair, of average height and medium build and wearing a body warmer.
2. A white man, between 25-35 years old, with short dark brown hair, of average height and medium build and wearing a tartan hooded top and jeans.
