The Diversity Unit manages the programme of work on all diversity issues. It comprises what were previously two separate units undertaking diversity-related work - the Equal Opportunities Unit and the Youth and Diversity Unit. The former dealt with internal issues (i.e. those affecting our staff) and the latter dealt with external issues (ie those affecting the communities we serve).
