Methods of monitoring

Methods of monitoring are central to the work we are doing on diversity and can be based on, or detected in, the monitoring we do. In particular, we pay a great deal of attention to feedback on the work we have done or intend to do from service users or staff.

    • Employment

    • Retention and Recruitment Working Group, Staff Associations, Grievances, Staff Survey, Exit Questionnaires and Interviews, Employment Statistics.
    • Service Delivery

    • Independent Advisory Groups, Community Tension Indicators, Feedback from the Complaints Department, Public Surveys, Hate crime data analysis and Stop and Search Data Analysis
