Tents... lots and lots of tents!

Tent

Once you get to Glastonbury one of the main things to keep safe and secure is your tent, especially if you've taken all your worldly belongings and they are all inside your tent.

Tents are, by their very nature, not the most secure kinds of property. If you are spending a lot of time wandering around the festival watching bands and acts then your tent will spend a lot of time alone.

If you've taken our earlier advice and not brought £1000 worth of electrical goods with you to the festival, you should feel ok about leaving your tent but there are some people who will have a look inside to check and there are always the stories of people just walking off with a whole tent.

There are ways to make your tent as secure as possible.

Make sure your tent and as much of your property inside is marked with your postcode then it can be returned to you if stolen and recovered by police.

Obviously, don't leave your valuables in your tent when it is unattended.
