Due to the way we record our information it was not possible to retrieve all the details you asked for in question two as the cost of compliance would exceed the appropriate limit. We are unable to state if the victim was on the phone or on public transport or in the street without manually reviewing every relevant crime report which would involve a multitude of hours work.
