The number of children aged 10 to 18 who have been given Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN) in the ‘08/’09 financial year and what offences or disorderly behaviour were the FPNs given for (children aged 10 to 18 only)?
By way of clarification, can you please include 10-17 year olds inclusive (i.e. exclude 18 year olds).

Please find a table below which details the number of Fixed Penalty Notices issued to individuals between the age of 10 and 17 during 2008/09 financial year.
Please note that all the offences are traffic related as disorderly behaviour and offences as such are covered under the disposal of PND’s
