1. How many fixed penalty tickets issued for retail theft (DA12) were issued in the 07-08 financial year?
1054 PND's (Penalty Notices for Disorder - DA12) were issued for retail theft, in the 07/08 financial year. 2. Of the tickets issued in relation to Q.1 how many were paid within the statutory time limit before the fines were transferred to a local court for collection?
428 of the tickets issued were paid within the 21 days.
