What we spend and how we spend it:
- Procurement procedures
- Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with any information in respect of procurement procedures. This is due to the fact that the Force has a contract with a private organisation called South West One who undertake these procedures on behalf of the Constabulary.
- Details of contracts currently being tendered. List and value of contracts (do not expect all contracts
to be included in this scheme. Normally expect the force to publish details only of contracts that are large enough to have gone through formal tendering or are for capital items).
- Force budget (as agreed by Police Authority or Board)
- Support for the provision of Community Support Officers. (Information about the employment of CSOs including details on how they are funded plus monthly statistics.)
- Annual statement of accounts
- Evaluation of police use of resources
- Expenses paid to or incurred by the Chief Officer, Deputy and Assistant Chief Constables or Commissioners (not expected to be broken down to individual claims but to give an adequate
explanation of the overall position for each senior officer.
