The South West Regional Bikesafe & Castle Combe Track Experience returns this year and takes place on Saturday 2nd June 2012.
Now in it's third year we have 312 places available for riders with full bike licences to come along and have their on road riding assessed
with an advanced Police Motorcyclist for an hour. On return to Castle Combe they will then be handed over to Castle Combes' track instructors
for a safety briefing before being allowed out onto the track in groups of twelve for a fifteen minute track experience. Last year 275 riders took
part so anyone wishing to be involved should book early to avoid disappointment. The cost is £30 and having moved to an online booking
facility provided to us by Bikesafe and the MCIA we could see demand increase significantly.
For those just wanting to come along and see what its all about, watch the riders go round the track, check out the trade exhibitions, family attractions or watch the amazing skills of
stunt rider Mattie Griffin then parking and entry to Castle Combe is totally free no booking required. Only those taking part in the assessed ride and track experience need to book and pay.
