Fitness test

This is a brief video of the fitness test that all Police and PCSO applicants need to pass as part of Avon and Somerset Constabulary's recruitment process.

There are 3 elements to the test - the Shuttle Run (bleep test); the Push element; the Pull element - and this video shows how to do each element and the required levels needed in order to pass the test.
