- Have you been a victim of ASB?
- How did the police investigate this for you?
- Was there anything the police or call handler could have done differently?
- Was there adequate support or post event contact and follow ups?
Your experiences and opinions can make a valuable contribution to our training of Intelligence Officers. Our ICT Training Unit is currently in the process of developing an Anti-Social Behaviour Intelligence Course for ASB Intelligence Officers and we would like your help!
The aim of the course is to enable ASB Intelligence staff to use our crime recording and investigation system – Guardian – to effectively perform their role in an effort to tackle anti-social behaviour. We already have an existing course for police staff and want to build on that to provide a new course for our Intelligence Officers. This course will focus not only on intelligence gathering in relation to ASB but also factors such as enforcement, targeting, problem solving, victim care, identifying vulnerability and community engagement.
The course will cover various scenarios and outcomes and YOU can have a say in the design process. If you feel you would like to contribute in any way towards the design or objectives of this course, or if you have any scenarios you think we could use, please forward your ideas to the email address below.
Thank you for your interest.
