Q1. What was the total number of staff employed by Avon and Somerset Constabulary on each of the following dates:

Q3. How many members of Avon and Somerset Constabulary staff have been signed off for stress on multiple non-consecutive (staff member has returned to work and then been signed off again on stress at a later date) occasions?

Q4. How many working days in total have been lost to Avon and Somerset Constabulary as a result of stress-related absences among staff in each of the following periods:
