Answer

We no longer retain call reporting data for the period 2009/10. Please find the answers to Q1-6 for the period 2017/2018 below, in respect of Q2 and Q5 calls abandoned under the threshold have not been included in the response. 

1. 242266 calls received (999).

2. 94.5% of 999 calls were answered under threshold.

3. Average 999 call answer time was 5 seconds.

4. 616914 calls received (101).

5. 84% of 101 calls were answered under threshold.

6. Average 101 call answer time was 33 seconds.
