How many: i) arrests; ii) prosecutions; iii) convictions, under section 4 of the Vagrancy Act 1824 for sleeping out and lodging in any barn or outhouse or in any deserted or unoccupied building or in the open air or under a tent, or in any cart or wagon and not giving good account of himself or herself have been made for each financial year between 2010/11 and 2015/16 inclusively?
For each offence could you break down the figures by gender, ethnicity, nationality and whether the person is an adult or child?
And could you break all data down by Community Safety Partnership/Local Authority area.
There has been one arrest in Bristol local policing area in the time period requested. The arrestee was an adult male, white British. He was prosecuted but not convicted.
