Under the FOI can I request details about how many times over the last three years the information commissioner has found against the police force, why and what was the result of the finding (disciplinary action against those involved, new training for staff etc)
In respect of your request I have interpreted “found against” to mean a decision notice against the Constabulary. This part of your request is exempt under section 21, information reasonably accessible to the applicant by other means, this information is available on the ICO’s website. I believe you are au fait with their details.
No information is held concerning any discipline or training of decision makers/ staff of the Constabulary
