Injury Benefit Review (1)

Question

Regulation 37-(1) of the Police (Injury Benefit) Regulations 2006 (and previously of the 1987 Police Pension regulations) states that the pensions authority, at such intervals as may be suitable, can consider whether the degree of the pensioner’s disablement has altered and if after such consideration the police authority find that the degree of the pensioner’s disablement has substantially altered, the pension shall be revised accordingly.

Starting from May 2014 you commenced with 16 former officers all of a high band and retired young in service
