Contact the Speed Enforcement Unit about a Notice of Intended Prosecution

Before completing the form, please visit the Speeding Notice page.

If you have received a Notice of Intended Prosecution you can log into the Public Access System website to view images of the alleged offence and details of the location and camera used to detect it.

The Speed Enforcement Unit (SEU) is responsible for processing offences detected through safety camera enforcement. If you have received a Notice of Intended Prosecution and have a query, you may contact the SEU online, by post or telephone.

You can contact the SEU online using the form below. Please note that this form should be used for enquiries only; it must not be used as a way of replying to your NIP (for example nominating another driver, requesting a court hearing, or disputing your vehicle was involved in the offence.) The NIP is a legal document and must be completed, signed, and returned to the Speed Enforcement Unit for processing. Please also note that making enquiries does not extend the 28-day time limit as stated on the NIP.

A red asterisk (*) denotes a required field.
