Request a review of your complaint
If you have been asked to seek a review of your complaint from the Police and Crime Commissioner, you can use this form to request a formal review.
A review will consider whether the outcome was reasonable, proportionate and lawful. It is not a reinvestigation of your complaint.
Your request for a review must be submitted within 28 days of receiving the final complaint outcome from the investigating officer.

If you have been asked to make an appeal to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) you can make the appeal by visiting the IOPC website.
