Witness appeal following attempted sexual assault in Bristol

We’re appealing for witnesses following an attempted sexual assault in Bristol.

The incident took place near to the junction of Hareclive Road and Whitchurch Road in the Hartcliffe area of the city at about 3.30am on Sunday, 10 March.

The victim, a woman in her 20s, was pulled to the ground by a man who then ran off towards Church Road along the path which leads towards Jobcentre Plus when she screamed.

The man is described as being approximately 6ft tall, of athletic build and with a gruff voice. He was wearing a dark coloured hooded top.
