Teenager arrested in connection with death of Mikey Roynon

Detectives investigating the death of 16-year-old Mikey Roynon have arrested a 15-year-old boy.

Mikey died after being stabbed at a property in Bath on Saturday 10 June.

A 15-year-old boy from Wiltshire was last night arrested (Sunday 22 October) on suspicion of Mikey’s murder and is currently in police custody.

Mikey’s family have been updated on this development and continue to be supported by specially trained family liaison officers continue.

Two other teenagers, a 15-year-old boy from Dorset and a 16-year-old boy from Wiltshire have already been charged with Mikey’s murder (joint enterprise) and possession of an offensive weapon.

They are next due to appear Bristol Crown Court on Tuesday 7 November.
