E-scooters on Marine Drive

Use of e-scooters on Marine Drive. We are aware of groups of youths riding up and down Marine Drive on e-scooters, causing issues for drivers and pedestrians. We will be increasing patrols in the area to improve safety for drivers and pedestrians.
