Anti social behaviour in Welshmill and Spring road area.

Frome neighbourhood team are aware of recent reports of youths engaging in anti-social behaviour in the Welshmill and Spring Road area.

This behaviour is unacceptable and causes alarm and distress to residents.

The local Neighbourhood Team is actively collating CCTV evidence and working to identify those responsible.

We are liaising with Education partners to help identify individuals from CCTV footage.

Any youths identified will be dealt with robustly.

We will continue to patrol the area and work with partners to address this issue. Thank you for your support in keeping our community safe.

ASB levels in Spring Road have declined. There have been no new incidents reported recently. I have conducted regular high‑visibility patrols in the area and engaged with residents, who have expressed improved confidence and no current concerns.

Frome Neighbourhood Team, have been liaising with our local schools to identify youths that have been involved with Anti Social Behaviour in our local area. Youths have been identified and education has been delivered to those responsible. We will continue to work with our communities and schools to reduce Anti Social Behaviour in our communities.
