A series of Criminal Damage to vehicles and bins within the Badcox area of Frome are being investigated at the moment.

The public is encouraged to report any suspicious activity to the police by calling 101 or call 999 if it is an emergency. Or you can email us using the contact form on our beat page.

    We continue to patrol the area and have seen no further incidents.

    The area will remain as part of our patrol plans over the coming weeks.

    The Beat Team are currently maintaining their patrols within the locality and are liaising with partner agencies in proactive approach to this issue.

    The Beat Team have also recently posted leaflets through local residents dwellings relating to the Crimestoppers issuing a £1000 reward for any information which may lead to the apprehension / arrest of the suspect/s.

    No new incidents reported Neighboured team continue to patrol this area.

  • Tuesday 12th May, 2020

    Police are working closely with Mendip District Council, other agencies and the local community to investigate these crimes and to reduce the risk of harm to all concerned.
