Tackling Anti-social Behaviour with Quad Bikes/Scrambler Bikes at Southey Playing Fields

Following the CEF meeting reports of antisocial behaviour have been made regarding youths using scramblers and quad bikes in the Southey Playing Fields area during the evening.
