Anti-social behaviour (ASB) and drugs in West Shepton Skate Park, Shepton Mallet

There has been a increase in anti-social behaviour and drug use/dealing around West Shepton Skate Park, Shepton Mallet.

We have been conducting targeted and increased patrols in the area.

We would ask that if you witness any ASB or drug related incidents to  report it to us by calling 101 or contact the beat team by emailing us using our contact form.

  • Thursday 17th September, 2020

    Regular patrols done at the Skate Park. The gates are locked from 2100 every night. If you see anything suspicious while walking please report it online or via 101.

  • Wednesday 2nd September, 2020

    Regular patrols done. The gate at the entrance to the Skate Park is being locked in the evenings.

    If anyone witness any Anti social behaviour, can you please report it via 101 or online reporting.

  • Thursday 20th August, 2020

    As a result of issues highlighted at the location we will be holding a beat surgery on 22/08/2020 between 3pm-4pm in our mobile police station in the car park, so please pop by for any advice/raise an issue or just to say hello.

  • Tuesday 18th August, 2020

    We have had no further issues reported at the location but have continued our patrols.  We will of course continue this throughout the summer period.  If you have any issues of concern whilst visiting the location please don’t hesitate to contact us via 101 or 999 in an emergency.

  • Wednesday 5th August, 2020

    Since the last action we have not received any further reports of Anti-Social Behaviour.  We will of course continue patrols throughout the summer period.  As you are now allowed to use the facilities again please report any issues of ASB that you witness.

    Regular patrols done. No other incidents reported.
