There have been a number of reports from the public regarding anti-social behaviour around, and damage caused to, the Radco site in Radstock. Fire Service have attended due to fires being set and large amounts of graffiti have been painted on the old Radco building as well as attempts to access.

This site will remain a vulnerable location for criminal damage and ASB until it is developed.

  • Friday 21st October, 2022

    The Radco site has now been sufficiently secured and we have noted that since this there have been no more further calls relating to access and anti-social behaviour. This priority will now be closed pending any further incidents.

  • Friday 25th March, 2022

    The Radco site is being regularly patrolled by the Neighbourhood Team, particularly in the evenings.

    Lines of communication have been established and continue between the Neighbourhood Team and the owners of the site. The owners have been advised regarding improving the security of the site, which they have done, and progressing development to limit the issues caused.

    Offenders for some damage to the building have been identified and dealt with positively.

    The Neighbourhood Team will continue to monitor closely until the site is developed and no longer vulnerable.
