Anti- social Behaviour at Welton Rovers.

Radstock and Midsomer Norton Neighbourhood Policing team (NPT) have been made aware of incidents at the park at Welton Rovers football club. Incidents have involved large groups of youths behaving anti socially and inappropriately in the area.

 

We remain committed to dealing with criminal and Anti-Social behaviour in a positive manner and encourage members of the public to report any issues that may be occurring. Reports can be made on 999, 101 or via the force website.

Actions

  • Friday 25th March, 2022

    Good lines of contact are being kept with West Clewes Club and reports have decreased recently. The offenders of a previous incident at the location have been identified and positively dealt with. This priority will remain on our list so the team can monitor, if problems do not increase as the weather improves then the priority will be closed pending further reports.

  • Monday 6th September, 2021

    This priority has been reopened due to a number of reports of anti-social behaviour and criminal damage in the area. The Neighbourhood Team are working closely with West Clewes and continuing concentrated patrols, dealing with offenders as they come to our attention and submitting intelligence as applicable.

  • Wednesday 26th May, 2021

    Patrols at Welton Rovers have continued by Radstock Neighbourhood Team. Reports in the area have decreased and officers have not found any groups causing issues in the area recently. This priority will be closed pending any further reports being received.
