Targeting Anti-Social Behaviour

We will continue to deal with anti-social behaviour within our communities and use our policing powers to prevent anti-social behaviour which causes a negative impact on the community. This may include using our anti-social behaviour orders/notices and working with partner agencies such as the local council.

Antisocial behaviour is defined as:

Personal antisocial behaviour is when a person targets a specific individual or group.

Nuisance antisocial behaviour is when a person causes trouble, annoyance or suffering to a community.

Environmental antisocial behaviour is when a person’s actions affect the wider environment, such as public spaces or buildings.
