Off Road Vehicles
Wells NPT are responding to reports of off road vehicles accessing restricted Byways in the Wells Rural Area.
We encourage anyone who witnesses any vehicles being driven on restricted road to report this to the Wells NPT via 101.
Where it is safe to do so, photographic / video evidence containing Vehicle registrations would be great.
Please do not attempt to stop the vehicle or put yourself at risk of injury.
Wells NPT have increased high visibility patrols throughout Wells Rural to tackle this issue.

Wells NPT are currently reviewing the scale of the issue and formulating a strategy moving forward to be adopted by the whole force to combat the off road driving / motorcycle riding.
Wells NPT are also reviewing relevant legislation to identify the best way to take positive police action in which the vehicle / driver is issued with an official warning / seizure.
