We have been working closely with the rural affairs unit and have been visiting farms and small holdings to sign more people up to Farmwatch. We want to create a community of people who will spot suspicious activity and report it to the police. Last month, as a result of a vigilant member of the community, we made an arrest in relation to theft of plant machinery and recovered the stolen goods.
