Beware of callers asking you for bank details,  asking you assist the police in tracking down a fraudster or asking you to move money from one account to another.

The banks and police will never ask you to move money from your account into another one.

Never reveal pin numbers or passwords.

When online banking, ensure you are on the genuine site. Do not click on links in e-mails as these could have been sent by a scammer.

If you are not certain that you are talking to a genuine person then terminate the call and look at the back of your bank card for genuine contact numbers.

Allow all calls to go to Voicemail, this will enable you to delete or to call back if its someone you know.
