Coronavirus (COVID-19): the policing response and what you need to know

OAK TREE PARK, ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR.

Oak Tree Park located on the Abbey Manor estate has seen a rise in anti-social behaviour. This includes large gatherings of local youths, litter dropping, drug use and general loud rowdy behaviour. We are asking local residents and park users to call us at the time if they witness any Anti-Social Behaviour or breaches of current Covid 19 Legislation on 101 so we can direct any available resources to the  area.

I am pleased to say that the questionnaire that was delivered to over 600 households across Abbey Manor, many of  you have taken the trouble to returned, have generally been very happy with ASB across the parish. There are obviously issues that not just rest with the Police and communication with the relevant agency will be disseminated.

We did have a night this week where many of you were affected but a number of cars being driven very anti socially in the early hours of the morning.  Please take the time to report this to us. Police did catch up with a few of the vehicles.

If anyone has any dash cam / CCTV footage etc. please contact us and a Section 59 can be issued to the driver (and vehicle) for driving in an anti social manner. A second one means the vehicle will be seized and we find these are very effective. Thank you.
