You can request information about us by using our online service. This is known as a Freedom of Information (FOI) request.

If you are using AI to make an FOI request, be aware that using AI can cause issues such as:

• making your answers overly long and repetitive
• giving us information we do not need
• making it more difficult for us to find the information we need
