Police Officers and Staff with a disability

Below, we have provided data for 31^st March and 31^st December for each year of interest. We have provided these two dates as the figure can potentially change each day due to recruitment of new staff and employee turnover.  This information has been gathered using the Constabulary’s employee management system known as SAP.

The following table shows the recorded number of officers and staff who have a disability value of “Yes” on SAP for each “as at date” broken down by Staff Group.

The figures reflect the disability values that are recorded on SAP on each “as at date” and not what is currently recorded. For example, if someone is currently shown on SAP as disabled but had a disability value of “No” in December 2018, they will not appear in the December 2018 headcount.

Please note that only individuals on the force payroll are included.
