Request
I would like to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act. Please could you provide me with details on the following data surrounding ‘upskirting’, a criminal offence under the Voyeurism (Offences) Act 2019:
1. Please can you provide data on how many incidents of upskirting were reported to your police force in each of the years 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023?
2. Please can you provide data on the racial classification (white, black, asian or other) of the victims of upskirting offences in each of the years 2019 – 2023?
3. Please can you provide data on the approximate age of the victim at the time of the offence (20s, 30s, 40s etc) in each of the years 2019 – 2023?
4. Please can you provide data on how many of the reported incidents resulted in an arrest and/or charge in each of the years 2019 – 2023?
I would be grateful to also receive the data sets ideally in the form of an excel spreadsheet.
