Coronavirus (COVID-19): the policing response and what you need to know

Attend a misconduct hearing

To improve openness and accountability in policing and ensure public confidence, misconduct hearings involving police officers are held in public.

A maximum of 15 seats are available at a misconduct hearing, 3 of which are reserved for the media.

Priority will be given to interested parties with seats allocated on a first come first served basis thereafter.

If you wish to attend a misconduct hearing, you need to:

  • pre-register 1 working day before the hearing and agree to the conditions outlined in the registration form
  • bring valid photographic identification on the day to gain access to Police and Fire Headquarters
