Stress at work policy

This policy provides guidance and advice to employees on how to control workplace psychosocial hazards that may result in mental stress.

Avon and Somerset Police is a responsible employer and is aware of the duty of care regarding the mental health and welfare of employees. For this reason, all reasonable steps will be taken to ensure that employees are not placed under excessive stress by their work.
