Underperforming probationary police officers
If, during an officer’s probationary period, concerns arise over an their ability to meet the required standards of performance, then a case conference must be convened to address these concerns.
The types of case conference available are:
- Administrative case conference
- Non-regulation 13 case conference (stage one)
- Regulation 13 case conference (stage two)
- Exceptional regulation 13 case conference (Head of PSD/Head of Learning sign-off only)
