Did you witness racial abuse of man on Bristol bus?

We’re appealing for witnesses following a racially aggravated public order offence on a Bristol bus.

A 25-year-old man was verbally abused by two men after he boarded the A2 bus at West Street at approximately 11.50pm on Saturday, 5 October.

The offenders were part of a group of three other men and one woman.

One of the men is described as white, 5ft 8ins tall, of large build with short blond hair. He wore a green polo shirt, blue jeans and back Adidas shoes with white strops. He also had tattoos on his right arm.

The other man was white and had greying hair worn in a quiff and a beard. He wore black clothing and grey shoes.

The offenders and the victim got off the bus at Broad Quay.

Anyone who witnessed the incident, or who recognises the description of the two men, is asked to call 101 and provide the call handler with the reference 5219230933.
