Report shoplifting

If shoplifting has occurred in your store, you should report it to us.

If you have witnessed or been affected by shoplifting, you can report it to us using our online form. Your report helps us investigate and prevent further incidents.

You should always call 999 if you or someone else is in immediate danger, if the crime is in progress or if the suspect is detained.

What to expect after you submit your report

We will review your report and may contact you for more information, and if applicable you will receive a crime reference number and instructions on how to provide CCTV video evidence.
